New Year’s Eve is tiara and champagne time! I confess: I actually bought this tiara at a discount shop last year … could not pass it up though I have never worn it. I’m sure I’d stick out if I did wear it to dinner tonight (and probably in a more eccentric way than I’d prefer!)
