Jewel of the day: Early Art Deco Diamond Ruby Cluster Earrings

I always enjoy browsing the catalogue at RomanovRussia. It’s eye candy of the highest order, with a lot of gorgeous antique and vintage pieces.

Here, a pair of diamond and ruby cluster earrings. They note, “Circa 1910s. These early Art Deco earrings are crafted in silver topped 18K gold (front – silver, back – gold). The center diamonds are surrounded by single rows of calibre cut channel-set synthetic rubies, in turn outlined by old European and old mine cut diamonds. Estimated total diamond weight is 2.50 ct.”

These sell for USD$5,900.
