Heart padlocks were popular in the Victoria era, and acted as a fastener for bracelets. Here, Dinny Hall uses an oversized chain to accent the padlock as a necklace pendant.
They note, “This 2020’s reworking of our 90’s hand-made chain features an iconic padlock heart and a hidden link shaped catch that opens and closes.
This multi-way necklace is designed to be worn as a ‘y’, with or without the heart padlock and at adjustable lengths.
Each Link is hand-carved from wax, cast in sterling silver, then polished super smooth and soldered to make our new free-flowing necklace.”
This is priced at USD$710.
