His work takes its inspiration from vintage and antique pieces. Currently, he is showing a lot of padlocks, which were a popular Victorian motif on bracelets in particular (acting as the lock).

Here, he uses 14k rose gold and rose cut cognac diamonds to fill in the face of the padlock. There is no chain included.
