I was fortunate to be invited to an event profiling Danish designs and services last week, and discovered a few new to me jewellery companies. I was very taken with the work of Dyrberg/Kern, celebrating their 30th year in business in 2014. I’m not sure how I’ve missed them up to now, but they will definitely be staying on my radar. They have a great mix of contemporary work that makes very effective and stylish use of crystals, metal and fabric. Prices are very affordable and they are available nearly globally.

They were showing spring/summer 2015 and there is a crystal flower necklace that is on my must have list. In the meantime, this Behar necklace is a pretty for fall alternative. It features faux pearls on a braided black silk cord with gold plated findings.  It retails for €85.
