This is in current production at Cartier, but also on offer May 11 on Sothebys. Turquoise and purple were a favourite colour combination of the Duchess of Windsor and I think it looks fresh and contemporary, especially in this set. I could absolutely see this with a white t-shirt and jeans on a beach, as well as with an evening gown. Not sure what this sells for at Cartier, but there is always a possibility at auction that a lucky buyer could obtain it for less. Estimate is 14,600-22,000 Swiss francs.
