If anything could get me buying lottery tickets (and looking for a sugar daddy) it’s a piece like this splendid blue and white diamond ring. Being auctioned by Sotheby’s on May 11 in Geneva, the specs are as follows: fancy vivid blue pear shaped diamond weighing 5.02 carats and a pear shaped diamond weighing 5.42 carats, to a platinum mount. Signed A. Reza, French assay and maker’s marks.
Be still my heart.
The auction estimate is 4,250,000-7,400,000 Swiss francs, (or about USD $3,944,315.60 – $6,867,749.51). So start picking the change out of your sofa cushions and get those paddles waving. And if you don’t want it for yourself, do the charitable thing and buy it for me.
Swoon.
