Jewel of the day: Art Deco Orange Citrine Diamond Vintage Ring

The Art Deco period featured a lot of large semi precious jewels, like aquamarine, peridot, quartz and citrine, like this period ring.

Available from Romanov Russia, a US firm specializing in antique Russian pieces, they describe the ring as, “Circa 1925, the ring is crafted in white 14K gold. It features a modified step cut citrine of a vivid brown orange color. The Art Deco geometric bezel is accented with small rose cut diamonds. The citrine measures 19.2 x 14 x 9.3 mm and is approximately 16.50 carats. Marked inside the shank with 585 gold standard. Ring size 8.75 (19 mm) resizable.”

This is priced at USD$4,200.
