There are a few things I love about this collaboration between Brandon Maxwell and the Kenneth Jay Lane line. One, it shows you can wear rhinestones (and a pretty substantial piece at that) casually. Two, it’s the coming together of two groundbreaking names. Lane made costume jewelry desirable when it was still considered “junk jewelry” with his pieces worn by Jacqueline Kennedy and the Duchess of Windsor. The chic lives on.
This piece is made of gunmetal base metal embellished with crystals; it sells for USD$495.
