German antique jeweller Rheinfrank has these for your consideration. They note the 18k gold stunners have a total emerald weight of 9 carats; total diamond weight is .07 carats. These likely date back to the 1960s. Each is about .75 inches long, by .39 inches wide, and weighs 3.15 grams.
