This is a fun piece with which to start the new year. by Rebecca de Ravenel, it’s made of hollow embroidered spheres hung on a tassel (kind of reminiscent of a curtain cord). de Ravenel notes, “This necklace is hand embroidered in India. The drops are featherweight and hollow which makes them fragile. They can crush and stain. Please handle delicately and lovingly. Keep it in its box when not wearing around town.”
It’s described as white hand wrapped silk cording with silver glass and resin beads, on a silk cord/tassel. The overall length is 83 (though considerably less if worn wrapped/tied). This sells for USD$1,195 and is only available for shipping within the United States.
