The floral motif brooch also features 12 pear cabochon cut lab created pieces of turquoise bezel set into 18k yellow gold. The piece can suspend from a bail to be worn as a pendant and has a pin back with locking clasp to be worn as a brooch. This piece is crafted of solid 18k yellow gold and is in good antique condition. One of the turquoise gems is cracked and chipped but this is very hard to see from arms length.”

I will confess to being a bit confused that the stones are described as lab created, given the stated age of the piece.
