Indian jewellery is a rich melange of different cultural and tribal influences. This pendant was deemed to be of Naga workmanship (though the Naga used more beads than worked gold). It is 22k yellow gold, set with ruby cabochon stones.
It weighs 53.27 grams, and sells for approximately USD$3,400 if I’ve calculated the rupees correctly. It’s available from Nathella Jewellery.

I inherited some Indian gold from my grandfather. I think Indian jewelry is a fascinating subject because as you said, there are so many different influences.
Agree – it’s very lovely and creative!
