There is something about emeralds that tends to lend them really well to pieces with some heft. This pendant/necklace by Judy Geib uses the stones to good effect.

Geib has worked with 6.20 ct square-shaped Colombian emeralds, and 12.4 ct baguette Colombian emeralds, set in satin-finished 22k yellow gold, polished 18k yellow gold, and oxidized sterling silver. The pendant hangs on a 17 inch chain and has a drop of about 1.5 inches.
