Pomellato has done a great marketing job, because whenever I see a ring with this domed look on a narrow band, I think of their rings.

Here, Paloma Picasso has what she is calling Sugar Stacks (the domed shape does look like a sugarloaf cut stone). This is 18k white gold set with pavé gemstones including blue sapphires, (carat total weight .28); pink sapphires, (carat total weight .28); and amethysts, (carat total weight .23).

It sells for USD$4,500 at Tiffany.
