Who says diamonds aren’t a girl’s best friend?

Former “Girl Next Door” and Hugh Hefner girlfriend, Holly Madison received this impressive rock from her husband (then fiancé) Pasquale Rotella. He designed the ring, which features an 18 carat cushion cut canary diamond surrounded by flowers in pink and yellow diamonds.

The design was executed by Alan Friedman and is said to be worth about USD$2 million.
