Keys as an element of jewellery design are not new but it’s fair to say that Tiffany popularized them a few years ago. Here is one by Barbara Bixby, an ornate gold and diamond piece.

It’s available by special order only. Bixby’s site notes, “18K yellow gold diamond Signature Key of Life pendant. The key pendant features signature flower with pave-set diamonds, diamond accents and signature metal carving. Satin Finish.”
