This is a made-to-order piece by AS29, featuring 3.41 carats of multicoloured sapphires set in 18k blackened gold. Though the colour gradation is done in a fairly elegant way, I’m not sure I really love the overall rainbow effect that is created. I think it might have had more impact with various shades of the same stone – so white to deep pink or blue or yellow. But … that’s just me.
