What is it these days with horns, thorns, daggers and pointy things ? Are we reverting to amulets of protection because of tough days ahead? I do like the quality of Afghani lapis she has used. Only this region produces nice, true royal blues. Even the pharaohs said “no” to Egyptian lapis in favor of the material imported from Afghanistan.
That “edgy/pointy” look is definitely all the rage. Everyone seems to be using that kind of embellishment now. Shorthand for “I’m tough.”
