I am trying to figure out if the name of this piece, “Viking Comb Necklace,” is indicative of what it’s actual use (as a form) may have been? Or if the designer, Wendy Nichol, just liked the Viking-esque shape of it and decided well, it’s a comb.

It’s a funky necklace, though. Made with brass on a 20 inch blackened silver chain, it sells for USD $515.
