Being a lover of chunky bracelets, I had seen and frankly ignored the slender braided cable stainless steel and gold (and often diamond) bracelets for which Philippe Charriol is known. Until I took another look at them and tried one on. And then I was hooked.

The Celtic Classique line comes in a range of colours (plated with white gold, rose or yellow gold, and in black PVD), with various stations in 18k gold set with diamonds. I was looking for something for which the number three was important to me, so I selected this one. I am wearing it with a few other (not chunky) bracelets and it looks great. Now I’m plotting my second acquisition. Should it be the black, or one of the yellow or rose golds, and how many diamond stations? Decisions, decisions.
