I’m not sure what to make of this. On the one hand, I am hoping (fervently so) that the fact that the word twerk is now available in ID bracelet form means it is on the way out as a trend, if not already in a dust bin in the back alley. (Is it wrong that I keep reading this as “twerp”?) Please Miley – no more butt and definitely no more tongue.

On the other hand, since jewellery reflects the current zeitgeist as well as anything else out there, maybe it’s just a better visual reminder of the craze that should but won’t die.
