Bulgari’s very successful BZero1 collection has used a variety of materials, including ceramic, to switch up the design. Now you can have the ring (and other designs, including earrings and pendant) in a diamond pave version.

I like the way they have used diamonds of various sizes to fill in this 18k white gold ring, which would make a great anniversary or wedding band. It gives it an almost reptilian scale texture to my eye. Price varies depending on the size ordered, though the site notes a starting price of USD $12,900 – not sure which their starting ring size is, though.
