Really good moonstones have such a lovely, irridescent quality to them. Older and antique pieces tend to have finer moonstones than I have seen in newer items, and these little earrings are a case in point.

These lovely little earrings measure just 7/8 of an inch in overall length. Two bezel-set old mine cut diamonds and a blue flash cabochon moonstone adorn each earring. circa 1900.”
