Vancouver-based JFG Designs offers a pretty range of pieces in silver or plated metal featuring Swarovski crystals. The stones and metal are used in ways that elevates them beyond the usual crystal jewellery. Where the temptation would be to string these oval beads vertically, JFG has used them horizontally to create a “ladder” effect with the supporting sterling silver chains. The result is a design that looks substantial and yet ethereal at the same time.
