I love the ethereal look of this piece, and the fact that it incorporates two antique Edo period Japanese menuki showing deer, accented by tiny diamond stars.

Crafted by the Parisian firm Maison Auclert, I am certain that it is waaay out of my reach financially, making me all the more happy I have my own menuki bracelet to play with.

Designer Marc Auclert’s shop is on Rue Saint-Honore in Paris, and he specializes in taking antique artifacts and turning them into fantastical jewelled pieces.
