The women were the primary focus of all the recent red carpet awards attention. Unless the guys make an egregiously bad mistake in choosing a suit or tux there isn’t that much to say or that much in the way of jewellery to see or talk about.

But at the recent Oscars, the men were wearing watches and cufflinks presumably supplied for credit just as the women’s accessories and gowns are.

Les Miserables nominee Hugh Jackman was sporting this pair of classic Harry Winston gold cufflinks (apparently a best buy if your initials are also HW, so prominently featured on the backs). Bottom line: you can’t go wrong going classic.
