At first glance, I thought this was actually a photograph of a jewelled necklace attached to a chain and meant to be worn as a necklace. Meta.

But reading the description,  I realized it is Swarovski crystals attacked to a clear PVC bib, which then fastens with a chain. Designer Shourouk has taken what could have been a fairly heavy and rather formal evening piece and added a witty element that will make it appear that the jewels are floating, and turns it into a great day wear piece.
