The name of this piece is a mouthful. It does indeed feature handpainted enamel (their description) with black tips, and is very much in the style of Viennese and Viennese art deco jewellery work, and designed by Gillian Steinhardt. I have a few dress clips that have very similar shapes and coloration (green and back was an oft-used deco coloration, with the winged ends of these enamel pieces a fairly common motif).
This is also different from the original period pieces in its rather large size, as can be seen on the model shot. Made of sterling silver it is available for USD $745 from avenue32.com.
