Steven Lagos is celebrating his 35th year in business this fall, and has released a special commemorative collection. These earrings are a part of it. The design (which reminds me of a very pretty cactus) is sterling silver set with pave sapphires. It has a 14k gold post for pierced ears, and is available for purchase on his web site as well as Lagos retailers.
