Count me among those who  were disappointed when the judges of Project Runway picked Gretchen Jones as last season’s winner (and don’t get me started on this season’s result) but Jones has shown a real affinity for designing jewellery. She did all the pieces for her final runway collection on PR, and her design aesthetic is strong and bold when rendered in metal. These Heirophant earrings (pieces are named after Tarot cards), are really wonderful – clean and sculptural and I can see them going equally well with Jones’s boho chic city girl as with a pared down, sophisticated evening look.  This piece is not featured on the site that sells her work, but perhaps worth contacting her directly if you are interested.
