Elsa Peretti has issued many designs for Tiffany over the years and they come and go from what’s available in store. This sterling silver flask was very popular in the 70s and I believe Tiffany is even using the same ad campaign, with the small flower inside it. I have a similar pendant in rock crystal with a gold and amethyst stopper, which I wrote about previously here.

It is once again available in slightly different shapes (including an elongated rounded one that designer Halston used as the design for his original perfume), in gold and sterling silver. In silver, with attached chain, it retails for USD $495.
