I have become a sucker for ornate and/or colourful bead necklaces in the past few years and as soon as I saw this, I was enchanted. I love the gradation in colours from the pale green to the deep fuchsia, and this looks really spectacular on, fitting quite close to the neck even at the loosest point. This was part of Swarovski’s spring range and more limited than other pieces; it has a matching rigid cuff bracelet, a beaded bracelet similar in design to this, and drop earrings. I love this. The color gradation really makes this necklace stand out.
It is very striking on; the only mildly disappointing thing is that the green beads are fairly hidden at the back unless the wearer has quite short hair. But I still love it!
