I was actually going to post a ring from Anna Ruth Henriques when I saw this web cuff, complete with spider. I like the designer’s description of the piece: “This lace-like web cuff is hand-carved and cast in oxidized sterling silver. The spider, sculpted in 18k gold, rests in the center of her web, reminding the wearer of her independence and creativity. Her body is set with a gemstone, and her eyes are made from precious stones. Diamonds (approximately .20 cts), reminiscent of morning dew drops, are set in 18k gold bezels amongst the fibers of the web.” Available from the designer as well as other web sites for USD $990, the stone combination can be customized. Henriques offers combos in moonstone/ruby, carnelian/black diamond and amethyst/rubies.
