London based Cora Sheibani designs pieces that look like wearable sculpture, with a sense of space and movement and often, startling colour.
Her Valence Plus brooch is made of gold set with semi-precious stones. On her site, you can find the following about her philosophy, written by architect Ettore Sottsass: “Her jewellery does not hanker after an image of more or less aggressive richness. What Cora Sheibani designs is not really ‘jewellery’ but rather a sophisticated suggestion.” I like it.
