This is not signed but I believe that it was made by the firm Jonne. It looks very much like Miriam Haskell or Robert in terms of the use of matte gold filligree and rose montee stones but doesn’t have the weight I typically find with those designers. Jonne isn’t as well known or collected but I have seen some truly remarkable piece made by them. Their work is great quality and as for this set, although likely made in the 1960s, quite wearable yet.
